- 1947 - Parent Company incorporated under the new name Otsuka Koki.
- 1988 - OTSCON Co. established in Missouri as joint venture and began manufacture of parking brake systems.
- 1989 - Tier one supplier of hand lever parking brakes to Nissan.
- 1992 - Tier one supplier of cable asseblies to Isuzu.
- 1993 - Tier two supplier of steering column brackets to Toyota.
- 1993 - Moved operations to Columbia, Missouri and began the manufacture and sales of parking brake systems and steering column brackets.
- 1996 - Otsuka Koki acquired 100% of OTSCON Co.
- 1997 - Tier two supplier of steering column brackets to Isuzu.
- 1997 - Incorporation of OTSCON Co.
- 1997 - Tier one supplier of hand lever parking brakes to Nissan Forklift.
- 1997 - Tier one supplier of cane parking brakes to Nissan.
